After years of serving as a private residence, Collits Inn has returned to its historical best. It offers unique accommodation, fresh local produce and one of the most breathtaking function venues in the Blue Mountains. with a barn that’s over 190 years old!

Once the first stop for early travellers after negotiating the notorious first crossing down Mount York, it offered a warm bed and lovely home-style meal. Originally built in 1823 its historical significance to Australia is second to none and it remains the oldest standing group of buildings west of the Blue Mountains.

Just a two-hour drive from Sydney, it is close to all the natural beauty the Blue Mountains has to offer.

Pricing example: 80 guests – $22,000 all inclusive (additional guests $140 per head)

Family owned and operated with over 90 years combined experience across nearly every facet of hospitality and catering.

Chris ( Executive chef) – Passion for creating personalised menu options for guests sourcing only the freshest local produce to ensure a grand feast in the grand barn.

Cheryl ( maître d and farm pet carer) – Cheryl will assist in any aspects of planning your special day whilst caring for the property’s livestock such as loopy the lamb, Gordon the Ram, Socksy and Billy the Goats, Fashion and Freckles the Horses not to mention the ducks and chooks! Assisting Cheryl is guest favourite Paulus the fluffy white maremma Herding and animal companion dog

Caitlin (daughter in-law) – Caitlin has a definite creative passion and would be your main contact for all your planning needs, Caitlin has definitely found her niche dealing with couples from initial venue inspections right through until the big celebrations.

Steve (son) – Barman, coordinator, go to guy, Mr fix it – Jack of all trades really, assisting in every area of operation to help ensure a stress free event
