Hello, we're Tilly & Aymeric - the proud owners of Mimosa Wines. Married on the property in 2018 after living in Sydney together for 10 years, we decided to embark on a nine month trip around the world journey that would change our lives.

Our global escape made us realise that we wanted to completely change and move down to this beautiful part of the world! And we haven't looked back. It's a magical region and the landscape, the community, the produce and the creative energy in Bermagui inspires us everyday.
