Our all-onsite, all-inclusive elopement packages include everything you need for your special day and our Dream Team consists of the very best vendors the Hunter Valley has to offer. Get hitched just the two of you or with up to 20 guests by your side at our stunning retreat nestled high in the mountains above Pokolbin.

We are a husband and wife team blessed to work with our incredible family of vendors, who have been onboard with us at GWHQ for over 7 years/600 elopements now. We are owner operators, and we love LOVE, in all its glorious forms. We oversee and coordinate every aspect of your package along your elopement journey, and we are also onsite to personally meet and greet our couples and ensure everything runs smoothly on game day.
