BoxGrove is a picturesque 170 acre family farm located over the Blue Mountains only 2.5 hrs west of Sydney. With stunning farm views, beautiful gardens and a mix of charming and luxury accommodation for 62 guests, the property is perfectly suited to loved-up couples that want to show their family and friends a great time over a whole weekend.

BoxGrove is all-inclusive, meaning it’s not just a pretty face – you can book the property and not stress about all the little logistics that a DIY venue requires. We even offer an unbelievably good-value wedding styling package too. Simply choose your own caterer and leave the rest to us.

CEREMONY

There are many ceremony spots across the property, including ‘The Rose Garden’, ‘The Deck’ and the wet-weather friendly ‘The Barn’ and ‘The Shed’.

There are two show-stopping reception options:

The Barn

The Barn is a stunning purpose-built space with a modern-meets-farm aesthetic. It features polished concrete floors, timber beams, recycled brick features and a sweeping balcony overlooking the beautiful surrounding countryside and city. And there’s also a full commercial kitchen, bar, accessible facilities and really everything you’ll need.

The Tiers

Celebrate under the stars on our manicured lawns and gardens ‘The Tiers’. With an outdoor dancefloor and festoon lights strung up, it’s an unforgettable alfresco experience to share with your guests.

ACCOMMODATION

BoxGrove sleeps a total of 62 guests.

The Cottages (40 guests)

We have four charming, original 1970s cottages built by our grandparents, comprised of log-cabin, an earth-wall yurt, converted shearing quarters and converted train.

REST (20 guests)

REST is our collection of six luxury eco-cabins along with a three-bed villa. With outdoor baths, floor-to-ceiling windows and breathtaking views of the pastoral landscape, these are an unforgettable option for yourselves and guests.

Glamping Tent (four guests)

Our two luxurious glamping tents provide an intimate and fun accomodation option for two guests each for the night before and night of the wedding.

The story of how BoxGrove began is, fittingly, rather romantic. It began in 1971 when our grandparents – Thellie and Barry Renshaw – purchased the 170-acre property and began chipping away at their dream of running a cattle farm, B&B accommodation and event space for the local community.

In 2012, sisters Melissa and Kayla with husband Ben took over the reins, alongside their mother Karin. We decided it was time to share this special place, and by 2016 BoxGrove had begun transforming into the unique regional wedding venue it is now, building a bespoke barn to host the most fun and love-filled celebrations.

We absolutely LOVE weddings and have a passion to make each one personal, unique and one to cherish.
