VanVino Mobile Bar

Vanvino is a charming 1960's vintage caravan bar that provides a fun and professional mobile bar and bartending service across Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers.

Our service is BYO which means that you supply the alcohol that you and your guests would like for your big day and we do ALL the rest. We will provide you with an alcohol shopping list/template to use as a guide when considering how much alcohol you will likely need once your booking is confirmed.

We offer 3 standard beverage packages and have a cocktail add on option. However, we know that no two weddings are the same, so, we will work with you to create the perfect package to suit your special day and create a custom quote accordingly.

If your venue is licensed and alcohol is included in your wedding package but still want the cute aesthetic of VanVino... We do have a 'dry hire' fee starting from $600 for licensed venues or catering companies who provide their own RSA qualified staff to pop, pour and shake in VanVino.

Whats included in the hire of VanVino;

• RSA qualified staff
• Set up and pack down - we will arrive at your venure a few of hours before your event to make sure eveyrhting is good to go once your guests start arriving and the drinks start flowing.
• Quality glassware for wine, champagne, spirits and cocktails
• Mr. Consistent cocktail mixers and cocktail garnises (if you elect to have a cocktail service)
• Ice
• Water dispenser and cups
