Welcome to The Vine Shed, we are delighted that you are considering our venue for your special day, may your adventure start here with us.
Our gorgeous venue available for hire with a combination of chunky timbers, brushed black metals, timber floors, large barn doors and floor to ceiling windows overlooking estate vineyards new and old.

The Venue designed as a DIY apart from the beverages, seating for up to 180 people, providing you the flexibility to customise your wedding to suit your style and budget. Our extensive list of event suppliers will be provided to help tailor every detail to create your special day, from the food catering, flowers, photography, music and much more…

Venue hire price includes the following;
Initial meeting to discuss your wedding plans and venue process
Provide details of wedding event suppliers
Access to enter the venue and grounds to set up the day before, from 3pm – 7pm extended hours available if needed
Access to enter venue and grounds on wedding day from 11am
Exclusive use of the entire venue, grounds and bar area until midnight
Use of fully equipped commercial kitchen
Cutlery
Full range of crockery
Full range of drink ware
Linen table clothes and table runners if an option
Linen serviettes
Wooden trestle tables and chairs
2 Vine Shed bar staff
Stage
Indoor fire place
Toilet facilities
General set up and positioning of tables and chairs
Exclusive use of outdoor area includes kids play area
Use of outdoor fire pit (weather permitting)

Refreshments before the ceremony includes still water and orange juice
Clean up of tables, chairs and floors. (Kitchen to be cleaned, crockery and other items used will need to be cleared & cleaned by your chosen catering team and placed onto the kitchen benches at the end of the night.)

The idea of creating a Venue and Cellar Door after 3 generations of supplying fruit and wine to other local wineries was an exciting step forward for the Conte family. This magnificent Venue located in the scenic town of McLaren Vale South Australia just 40 minutes’ drive from the city of Adelaide is set amongst the Conte Estate Circa 1880 Shiraz vineyard. This extraordinary vineyard alone has a story to tell, planted over 130 years ago and still producing exceptional fruit creating extraordinary wine.
