Welcome to The Altar Electric – the hippest little wedding chapel this side of Vegas. Located in inner city Abbotsford, the epicentre of Melbourne’s artistic and culinary scene, The Altar Electric is a one stop wedding destination for lovers who want to celebrate their love with wild abandon and joy and not the stress and drama often associated with a ‘normal’ wedding.

Three Celebrants – Dee, Sarah and Anthony – have worked in the wedding industry for many years and saw a gap in the market for couples who wanted a fuss free and simple way to get married that was cooler than the registry office but also, didn’t skimp on any of the fanfare that their love deserved. The three of them created the Altar Electric in 2018 and have been helping Melbourne’s hippest couples get hitched ever since.
