Eight Willows Retreat is a picturesque 75 acre property surrounded by the iconic South West Jarrah Forest, located in the heart of the Margaret River region on Metricup Road, just North of Margaret River and South of Busselton and Dunsborough.

Let our friendly team coordinate all of the magic required; from bridal party and guest accommodation to ceremony and reception set up, pack-down and wedding coordination. We provide our clients with a list of reputable supplies from creative stylists, photographers, wedding vendors and local producers, relieving you of wedding planning stresses, so you can enjoy the weekend away with your loved ones celebrating the new journey into married life!

Choose your own ceremony location with options of; lake side, parkland garden or the Bush Chapel.
There are many unique bridal party photo locations available on-site by Carters Road, the lake, natural bush-land, Orchard, Olive Plantation and Celestial Bay vineyards.

The Stylish lakeside function centre was built in 2014 using modern architecture and design providing the perfect setting for your wedding reception. Boasting an array of soft furnishings, a statement stone fireplace, bar and large commercial kitchen.
Panoramic views overlooking the lake, bushland and vines offer a spectacular framing of outdoor scenery with the sweeping veranda alfresco adding to the versatility of this all-weather venue. There are various access points of paved walkways from the Chalets that can accommodate prams and wheelchairs leading to the Function Centre.

– Elopement, small and large wedding packages which are based on wedding guests numbers:
– Luxury furniture based on wedding style of Sit Down or Cocktail
– 27 Chalets AAA rated 4.5 star self- catering one and two bedroom chalets plus our refurbished four bedroom house we call “The Residence” for your bridal party and guest accommodation
– Ceremony and reception venue choice including set up and pack down.
– Partnered Caterers: Supper Road and Tiller Events
– Wedding Manager with on-day coordination
