FAQs

1. Do I need an appointment?

We prioritize appointments to give each bride our undivided attention. If you visit without an appointment, we’ll accommodate you that day or schedule another appointment. Appointments on Thursdays and Saturdays fill up fast, so book in advance by calling 07 3831 2257 or using our online booking tool.

2. How long is my appointment?

Standard appointments are between 60 minutes and 1.5 hours, Luxe Lounge appointments are booked for up to 2 hours, and The Luxe Nights allow up to 3 hours.

3. How many people can I bring?

Having the nearest and dearest close by at this special time is important. A maximum of four guests + the bride are permitted into the standard fitting room; this is for your comfort and those around you. 5 guests for Luxe and 15 for Luxe Nights.

4. Can we take photos at your shop?

Most definitely! You are also welcome to Skype or Facetime loved ones who couldn’t make your appointment. Just ask your Style Consultant to set up an iPad for you.

5. How much do your gowns cost?

We have samples in our Outlet from as low as $500*. Most of our orderable collection falls between $2500 and $4000; however, we have styles priced up to $11,000.

6. Are you made to measure?

We don’t offer made-to-measure services. Once you find your gown, we’ll match your measurements to the closest size on our chart. Your preferred seamstress can then make any necessary alterations.
